  1. better than okay I found this to be better than okay, pretty good…but not great. It was basically a better than adequate cozy mystery, but dragged in some places. It needs tightening. There were occasional pockets of profanity and vulgarity sprinkled in, especially near the end. But, at least it didn’t have a lot of grammar and punctuation errors. I’d have given it a three and a half if possible.

  2. Good clean fun I had not read any if Libby Kirsch’s books before. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this book is clean. That made me happy because I prefer to not read smut. There is no sex, but there us romance. There is no violence, but there is murder and mayhem. There us only a couple of words of swearing and no ‘F’ bomb.The book moves well and there is enough to connect with the characters. I will be reading the next book

As a television reporter, I can attest that everything Libby writes is true. Adjusting to crappy camera equipment, learning how to interview people, living in a small town – her story took me back to my younger years.
