  1. A good foundational book for an OT perspective of the promotion of health and wellness Each chapter begins with a word bank and learning objectives to help guide you through the reading material. The readings give examples to theories helping you to understand the material in a more concrete manner. Study questions at the end give you another way to gauge whether you understand the core concepts in the chapters.

  2. Health Promotion Book I bought this right before summer semester started, thinking I wouldn’t get it in time, and was happy to find that it came just days after I ordered it and was in great condition!
