  1. Good for review… These daily language series are terrific for review, but do not have the rules their working with each week written anywhere in the book. In our case, that is fine, as we’re using separate grammar books, but they would be terrific if they added a section of rules. My kids were familiar with them from their public school experience and we use them as home-schoolers to keep people on their toes.

  2. Daily Paragraph Editing This book is great for homework as it follows up editing practice in class. Very thorough and a good challenge for most students. Can be a little difficult for some students but I find it very useful. I use the entire series for gr 4 to 7.

  3. Excellent practice to help improve use of language mechanics and expression I’ve been using these Daily Paragraph Editing books with my daughter (third grader) and the students I tutor. These books are excellent for practicing editing skills, and the best part is that the exercises are focused on entire paragraphs and not merely sentences. The book is developed such that it is an all-in-one deal.
